Most of our tickets and experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, some specific tickets (e.g., timed-entry museum tickets) may be non-refundable once booked due to venue policies.
To request a refund or cancel your booking, please contact our support team at support@entrigotickets.com with your Order ID. We will process your request according to the specific policy of the product you purchased.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If a venue is closed on the day of your visit due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, or emergency maintenance), you will be entitled to a full refund or a reschedule, depending on availability and your preference.
